To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewellery in the provided Fíor pouch and clean gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery times range from 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Do you provide a warranty on your products?
Every Fíor Jewellery piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.
