Place the jewellery in its original Fíor branded box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our artisans verify the condition of the piece, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
